Springfield Area Food Trucks - These are inside and you go to them cafateria style, then check out if you do it in person. You really need to Mobile Order from here to make it worth the time

Frying Dutchman – Battered and Plattered Fish
Cletus Chicken Shack – Chicken & Waffle Sandwhich, Chicken

Lisa’s Teahouse of Horror – Healthy salads, veggie sandwiches, fruit cups, hummus, yogurts
